~ Denver Scramble – scrambled eggs, ham, green peppers and onions, $9
~ Seafood Omelette – crab, shrimp and cheddar cheese stuffing topped with Hollandaise sauce, $10
~ Veggie Omelette – Sautéed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and onions with cheddar cheese, $10
~ Eggs Benedict – two poached eggs, ham and hollandaise sauce over English muffin, $11
~ Biscuits & Gravy – two biscuits, sausage gravy and two eggs, $9
~ Breakfast Tacos – two soft tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, andouille sausage, onions, peppers, cheddar cheese and our homemade pico de gallo, $10
