~ New York Strip with Mushroom Sauce  – flame grilled 14 oz. New York Strip  topped with mushroom cream sauce, $48
~ BBQ Pork Ribs – flame broiled, slow roasted and marinated in our barbecue sauce, Full Rack $38  Half Rack $28
~ Roasted Duck with Berry Bacon Glaze – oven roasted half duck topped with chef’s berry and bacon glaze over jasmine rice pilaf and sautéed fresh vegetable (no potato), $36
~ Halibut with Grapefruit Beurre Blanc- oven baked halibut topped with grapefruit beurre blanc, over parmesan lemon risotto and sautéed green beans (no potato), $40
~ Cajun Shrimp & Sausage Risotto –  creamy risotto rice stirred in cajun sauce with andouille sausage, sautéed onions, tomatoes and peppers, topped with three broiled jumbo shrimp (no potato), $32
~ Mushroom Ravioli with Seafood Scampi – portobello mushroom & spinach ravioli with sautéed shrimp, scallops, calamari, tomato and spinach, tossed in scampi sauce (no salad, soup or potato), $32
