~ Black & Blue New York Strip with Blue Cheese Butter – pan-seared 14 oz. New York strip with blackening spice and blue cheese butter sauce, $50
~ BBQ Pork Ribs – flame broiled, slow roasted and marinated in our barbecue sauce, Full Rack $38  Half Rack $28
~ Roasted Duck with Berry Bacon Glaze – oven roasted half duck topped with chef’s berry and bacon glaze over jasmine rice pilaf and sautéed fresh vegetable (no potato), $34
~ Blackened Salmon with Mango Salsa – pan seared salmon with blackening spice, topped with fresh mango salsa and balsamic reduction, served with sweet corn risotto and sautéed green beans (no potato), $39
~ Jumbo Shrimp with Sweet Corn Risotto – creamy risotto rice stirred in parmesan sauce with sautéed sweet corn and shallots. Topped with three broiled jumbo shrimp (no potato), $32
~ Lobster Oscar – broiled lobster tail topped with snow crab and béarnaise sauce, served over sweet corn risotto and sautéed green beans (no potato), $50
