~ 12 oz. New York Strip with Door Co Brandy Peppercorn Sauce – char-grilled steak served with smoked blue cheese au gratin potatoes, grilled asparagus and finished with Door County brandy peppercorn cream sauce, $28
~ Bacon-wrapped Filet – 6 oz. tenderloin filet wrapped in cherrywood smoked bacon, $27
~ Fresh Ocean Trout – pan-seared  fresh ocean trout over wild rice pilaf, served with two grilled jumbo shrimp, edamame, and saffron tomato butter sauce, $28
