Tequila Shrimp – 4 large shrimp, sautéed with tequila, garlic, butter and a touch of lime $13

Introducing a menu that changes with the seasons - using fresh ingredients, unique flavors and local products. You’ll find French and Mediterranean influences in Chef Ben’s creations that complement our traditional Wisconsin supper club fare along the shores of Lake Wisconsin.
Seasonal dinners include choice of salad or cup of soup and fresh baked bread.
(Roasted Beet Salad does not include choice of soup or salad. Each available a la carte.)
Roasted Beet Salad – Mixed greens with roasted beets, goat cheese, spiced nuts and balsamic vinaigrette. $12
Scallops with White Truffle Mushroom Butter – Five pan-seared scallops served her sautéed spinach with jasmine rice pilaf. $28
Crab Cakes – Two 4 oz. Crab cakes with creole remoulade, sweet corn & black bean salsa and your choice of potato. $26
Crab Stuffed Walleye – Walleye filet stuffed with King and lump crab, served with smoked tomato and lobster cream sauce and jasmine rice pilaf. $26
Roast Half Duck – Flavorful roasted half duck with red wine demo-glaze served with brussels sprouts, artichoke & bacon hash. $27
Glazed Pork Chops – Two 10 oz. chops glazed with dark cherry "southern comfort" barbecue sauce, served with sweet potato fries. $24
