Seasonal Menu: Last year we introduced a new menu with all your Fish Tales favorites, plus seasonal entrees that will change several times a year. Using fresh ingredients and unique flavors, Chef Ben's creations complement our traditional supper club fare. See our full menu online for details.
**Introducing Fall & Winter 2016/17: Seven flavorful new dishes! We've included four of our favorite classics with a twist that make great shareable starters or a small dinner: Short Rib Tacos, a Sweet Corn Crab Cake with Winter Radish Slaw, our spin on a Waldorf Salad, and Oysters Rockefeller. We've also included three delicious dinners: Mediterranean Tortellini with Shrimp or Chicken, Braised Beef Short Rib Dinner and Scallops with White Truffle Mushroom Butter.

Circus of the Chefs Gala - Sunday, June 12th, 2016  - Chef Ben and Fish Tales staff were honored to win First Place Appetizer at the Circus of Chefs Gala 2016. A friendly culinary competition and fundraiser where over 500 guests enjoy amazing food and drinks from many of the finest chefs, vintners and brewmasters in south central Wisconsin. This annual event provides fundraising support for Circus World's operations, performances and library and research center services.
